A fantasy tale that adds to the basic elements of this kind of universes some thoughts about the Bible's New Testament. Van Hamme, known by his research works, adapts some of its episodes, like the figure of a chosen one, the miracles, the dessert crossing or the betrayal.

After being published in the magazine A Suivre since 1986 and as a black & white album, Casterman published it as three issues in color. Coloured by Graza (supervized by Rosinski). There are as well editions of the whole story in different kinds of formats.
